为有效应对国外技术壁垒,对轮胎滚动阻力产生机理、影响因素和测试方法进行了研究。分析了轮胎滚动阻力的产生机理,研究了轮胎材料特性、结构、生产工艺和使用条件对轮胎滚动阻力的影响;分析了室外道路试验法、半经验法与经验法、间接法和室内台架试验法等4类滚动阻力测试方法,阐明了室内台架试验法是轮胎产品滚动阻力质量性能评价的合适方法。
In order to effectively deal with foreign technical barriers, the mechanism, influential factors and testing methods of tire rolling resistance were studied. The mechanism of tire rolling resistance is analyzed. The influence of tire material properties, structure, production process and service conditions on tire rolling resistance is analyzed. The outdoor road test method, semi-empirical method and experience method, indirect method and indoor bench test France and other four kinds of rolling resistance test method to clarify the indoor bench test method is the tire product rolling resistance quality performance evaluation of the appropriate method.
