高频振筛主要用于蒸煮后的除节,故又称除节机.它主要由电机、主轴、偏重轮、筛体、弹簧吊架等组成。影响振筛除节效果的主要因素是筛体的运动特性,包括筛体运动轨迹、振动频率、振幅、振动自由度数等。下面就筛体的运动特性及其有关设计计算作一分析。一、筛体的运动特性分析高频振筛的振动本是多自由度的,但为了计算分析方便起见,我们把它看作是只有两个自由度的振动系统。其力学模型如图所示。由振动学方法,我们可得如下筛体在x及y座标上的运动微分方程:
