患者 ,男 ,13岁。咽痛、咳嗽 2ｄ ,咽两侧扁桃体Ⅱ°肿大 ,临床诊断为急性上呼吸道感染。给予鱼腥草注射液 (南方制药厂雅安三九药业有限公司 ,批号980 80 6 ) 30ｍｌ加入 2 50ｍｌ 5%葡萄糖注射液静滴 ,30滴 /ｍｉｎ。输至约 3ｍｉｎ时患者出现胸闷、呼吸急促、上腹部不适伴胀
Patient, male, 13 years old. Sore throat, cough 2d, tonsil enlargement of both sides of the pharynx, clinical diagnosis of acute upper respiratory tract infection. Give Houttuynia injection (South Pharmaceutical Factory Ya’an Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Lot 980 80 6 ) 30 ml and add 2 50ml of 5% glucose injection in 30 drops/min. At about 3 minutes, she developed chest tightness, shortness of breath, and abdominal discomfort.
