目前J23系列压力机上用的铜衬大多采用ZQSn6—6—3,ZQSn10—1铜合金。压力机的飞轮铜衬和大齿轮铜衬经常有起线和咬毛现象,质量不够稳定。为了提高压力机的使用寿命,我厂对多种材料作了反复试验和比较,证明SF—2复合材料轴承具有耐磨性好、承载力高、吸震性好并有加油间隔时间长、不会起线咬毛等优点,是一种可以代替铜合金轴承的理想材料,特别是一些不允许渗油、漏油以及不容易加油的场合应用更合适。现将我们的试验应用情况介绍如下。
