板翅式换热器因为其结构紧凑、换热效率高、适应性强,在航空、汽车、化工、制冷等行业得到了广泛应用。提高换热器性能就可以提升换热器的经济性,因此研究换热器性能有着重要的商业意义。目前,板翅式换热器其设计计算方法已趋于成熟。板翅式换热器安装通道可分为两股流和多股流。两股流板翅式换热器利用对数平均温差法(LMTD)或效率-传热单元数法(ε-NTU)可对换热器进行工程设计。多股流板翅式换热器,其设计也通常将其等效为两股流换热器进行计
Plate-fin heat exchanger because of its compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, adaptability, in the aviation, automotive, chemical, refrigeration and other industries have been widely used. Improving the performance of the heat exchanger can improve the economy of the heat exchanger, so it is of commercial significance to study the performance of the heat exchanger. At present, the plate-fin heat exchanger design and calculation methods have matured. Plate-fin heat exchanger installation channel can be divided into two streams and multi-stream. Two flow plate-fin heat exchangers can be engineered using LMTD or ε-NTU. Multi-flow plate-fin heat exchanger, its design is usually equivalent to two stream heat exchangers for the meter
