目的:探讨高血压脑出血(HICH)术后脑组织氧(PbtO2)与二次损伤因素(SBI)的关系。方法:对18例高血压脑出血病人术后行脑组织氧监测,观测、比较二次脑损伤高危因素与脑组织氧的相关性。结果:脑组织氧颅内压呈负相关,与脑灌注压、血氧分压呈正相关。体温对其也有影响。结论:二次损伤因素直接或间接对影响脑组织氧的代谢,从而影响预后。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between brain oxygenation (PbtO2) and secondary injury (SBI) after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). Methods: Eighteen patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage underwent brain tissue oxygen monitoring after operation. The correlation between the risk factors of secondary brain injury and brain tissue oxygen was compared. Results: There was a negative correlation between oxygen intracranial pressure and brain perfusion pressure and oxygen partial pressure. Body temperature also affects it. Conclusion: Secondary injury directly or indirectly affects the metabolism of oxygen in brain tissue and thus affects the prognosis.
