In July 1969, American astronaut Neil Armstrong went to the moon to fully demonstrate the comprehensive national strength of the United States. In fact, Americans used the moon as a platform to display their strength 10 years before they landed on the moon, except that they were planning nuclear explosions on the moon. During the Cold War in the Soviet Union with Leading Technology in the United States to the United States, U.S.-Soviet hegemony was the all-round competition in various fields conducted by the two countries. Such competition was particularly evident in the military field. The United States first achieved a lead in the development of atomic bombs, but the Soviet Union caught up with it in 1949. Since then, the Soviet Union has pressed the United States in space and has put pressure on strategic decision makers in Washington.
