深孔、超深孔岩心钻探是了解地壳深部地质构造,调查与开发地壳深部资源的重要手段。为了探索地球内部组成,开发利用地下热能及油、气、水等资源,近十余年来,美国、苏联都打了一批深井和超深井。在岩心钻探方面,南非打的钻孔最深,其中有一个孔达到了4576.8米,日本打的钻孔较南非稍浅些,最深为3030米。我国的岩心钻探最深孔为2503.86米。可以预料,随着我国社会主义建设事业的不断发展,今后深孔及超深孔岩心钻探任务,必将越来越多,越打越深。深孔和超深孔岩心钻探的课题已经摆到了我们的面前。怎样打好深孔,这是一个急待我们研究解决的问题。本文就山东省地质局近年施工的二十几个深孔和超深孔经验,对深孔、超深孔岩心钻探若干技术及管理问题等,发表一些意见与同志们讨论。
Deep hole and ultra-deep hole core drilling is an important means to understand the deep geological structure of the crust and to investigate and exploit the deep crustal resources. In order to explore the internal composition of the earth and develop and utilize underground thermal energy and resources such as oil, gas and water, the United States and the Soviet Union have fought a series of deep and ultra-deep wells in the past decade or so. In core drilling, South Africa drilled the deepest holes, of which a hole reached 4576.8 meters, Japan drilled slightly lighter than South Africa, the deepest 3030 meters. The deepest hole of core drilling in our country is 2503.86 meters. It can be expected that with the continuous development of the cause of socialist construction in our country, drilling tasks for deep-hole and ultra-deep-hole drilling in the future will surely be more and more and strike deeper and deeper. Deep hole and ultra-deep hole core drilling issues have been placed before us. How to make a deep hole, this is an urgent need to study and solve the problem. In this paper, we have some opinions and comrades to discuss some of the deep hole and ultra-deep hole experience of more than two dozen construction in Shandong Province in recent years, some technical and management problems of deep hole and ultra-deep hole core drilling.
