我科 1999年 10月～ 11月应用苍苓止泻口服液治疗腹泻病 40例 ,取得满意疗效 ,现报道如下。临床资料一、病例选择　本组 80例 ,男 43例 ,女 37例 ,年龄 6个月～ 3ａ,均为急性起病 ,大便水样或蛋花汤样 ,镜检脂肪球+～ ,无脓细胞、红细胞发热 5 8例 ,呕吐 42例 ,随机分为治疗组 Our department from October 1999 to November application of Canglang antidiarrheal oral treatment of 40 cases of diarrhea, and achieved satisfactory results, are reported below.
