樟脑醌(CQ)是可见光固化齿科复合树脂所需要的光敏剂。用二氧化硒作为氧化剂,对樟脑酌氧化具有很强的选择性,因而樟脑醌的转化率很高,可达90%以上。虽然二氧化硒价贵,但反应中被还原为硒,硒粉回收后可再用。用上法制得的CQ作为光敏剂,对复合树脂(ME—2)进行固化条件试验,结果表明:不同来源的樟脑制成的CQ其熔点与文献值(m.p.198℃)基本一致;在促进剂配合下在可见光照射20秒后即可使复合树脂固化,且固化深度基本相同;CQ含量增加,固化深度稍有增加;使用DMT为促进剂,固化深度最大,促进剂含量控制在1.0~2.0%为宜;光照时间延长,固化深度有所增加。
