目的了解门诊医护人员的心理健康状况。方法以我国4所综合性大医院门诊的296名医护人员为研究对象,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应付方式问卷及自编一般情况问卷进行调查。结果通过对我国4所综合性大医院门诊的296名医护人员应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查,发现门诊医护人员的心理健康状况明显差于一般人群,主要在焦虑、敌对和抑郁等指标的分值较高,这些结果在应付方式问卷及自编一般情况问卷调查中也得到了反映。结论门诊医护人员不同从业时间的心理健康状况不同,应付方式不同,心理健康与诸多因素有关,应根据不同特点进行针对性的心理干预,减少心理问题的发生。
Objective To understand the mental health of outpatient medical staff. Methods A total of 296 medical and nursing staff in 4 large general hospitals in China were selected as the research objects. SCL-90, coping style questionnaire and self-compiled general questionnaire were used to investigate. Results By using SCL-90 questionnaire of 296 outpatients in 4 large general hospitals in China, we found that the mental health status of outpatients was significantly worse than that of the general population, mainly in anxiety, hostility and Depression and other indicators of higher scores, these results in the coping style questionnaire and the general survey of the general situation has also been reflected. Conclusion Outpatient medical staff have different mental health status at different working hours, different coping styles and mental health are related to many factors. Psychological intervention should be based on different characteristics to reduce the occurrence of psychological problems.
