The concept of multiculturalism presupposes the multicultural characteristics of minority foreign language education. This article explores the multicultural connotation of minority foreign language education from the interaction of language and culture. It also clarifies the basis of multicultural identity of foreign language education of ethnic minorities from the needs of foreign language education and foreign language course documents.
