传统液体压力检测方法需要感压元件和液体介质相接触才能实施检测 ,因而在液压系统故障诊断中临时安装压力表或压力传感器是十分困难的。非插入式液体压力检测方法有助于快速故障诊断的实现。方法之一是将液压作用下金属管道外径变形量转化为压力变化量 ,这是传统测压方法的延伸。本文提出通过测量超声波在液体介质中传播的声速实现压力非插入式检测的新方法。该方法完全突破了传统液体压力检测方法的思维模式 ,具有重要的应用价值。
The traditional liquid pressure detection method requires the contact between the pressure sensing element and the liquid medium to perform the test. Therefore, it is very difficult to temporarily install the pressure gauge or the pressure sensor in the hydraulic system fault diagnosis. Non-intrusive liquid pressure detection method helps to achieve rapid fault diagnosis. One of the methods is to convert the deformation of the outer diameter of the metal pipe under hydraulic pressure into a pressure variation, which is an extension of the traditional pressure measurement method. In this paper, a new method for non-invasive detection of pressure by measuring the velocity of sound propagating in a liquid medium is proposed. The method completely broke through the traditional liquid pressure detection method of thinking mode, has important application value.
