中原油田采油三厂所辖的卫城油田为复杂断块油田,油层埋藏较深,地层流体高温、高盐,部分区块矿化度高达28×104mg/g。进入开发后期,部分区块地层压力下降,能量下降,含水上升,构成地层岩石骨架颗粒发生移动,导致结盐进一步加剧。盐结晶聚集在油管柱、抽油杆柱的中下部或泵筒内,堵塞产出液过流通道,阻碍抽油杆、柱塞的机械运动,易造成抽油杆断脱或盐卡。抑盐技术的综合应用减少了作业占产,延长了结盐井的检泵周期,提高了区块整体开发效益。
The Zhongcheng Oilfield under the jurisdiction of the Third Oil Production Plant is a complex fault block oilfield. The oil reservoirs are deeply buried. The fluid in the formation is high temperature and high salt. The mineralization of some blocks is as high as 28 × 104mg / g. In the late stage of development, the pressure of some strata in some blocks decreased, the energy decreased and the water cut increased, and the particles of the rock skeleton that formed the formation moved, resulting in the further increase of salt formation. Salt crystals accumulate in the tubing string, the middle or lower part of the sucker rod column or the pump barrel, blocking the over-flow channel of the produced liquid, impeding the mechanical movement of the sucker rod and the plunger, which can easily cause the sucker rod to break off or salt cards. Comprehensive application of salt suppression technology to reduce occupation of the operation, extending the salt pump wells pumping cycle, improve the overall development of block benefits.
