1 实验材料实验动物 :家兔 ,雄性 ,2 0± 2 6kg ,4～ 5月龄。均购自黑龙江中医药大学实验动物中心 ,在通风、温度、湿度适宜的动物室内常规饲养。实验药物 :益心胶囊 ,由哈尔滨全亿药业公司提供 ,批号 :0 2 0 3 2 0 ;通心络胶囊 ,由河北以岭医药集团提供 ,批号 :0 2 0 612。
1 experimental materials experimental animals: rabbits, male, 20 ± 26kg, 4 ~ 5 months of age. All were purchased from the Experimental Animal Center of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and kept in ventilated, temperature- and humidity-friendly animal rooms. Experimental drug: Yixin Capsule, provided by Harbin Quanyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., batch number: 0 2 0 3 2 0; Tongxinluo Capsule, provided by Hebei Yiling Pharmaceutical Group, batch number: 0 2 0 612.
