目的研究西藏产齿叶玄参Scrophularia dentata干燥全草的低极性化学成分。方法利用溶剂提取和正、反相硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等技术进行分离纯化,并通过MS、NMR波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从西藏产齿叶玄参干燥全草95%乙醇提取物中分离得到15个低极性化合物,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸(1)、乙酰齐墩果酸(2)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3)、豆甾-4,22-二烯-3-酮(4)、2,6-二甲氧基苯醌(5)、酵母甾醇(6)、肉桂酸(7)、菠菜甾醇(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、2-三十三烷酮(10)、2-(4-hydroxyphen-yl)-ethyl 1-dodecyloctadecanoate(11)、芹菜素(12)、金圣草黄素(13)、杜仲树脂酚(14)、丁香脂素(15)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2~6、10~15为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the low-polar chemical constituents of the dried whole plant of Scrophularia dentata in Tibet. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by solvent extraction, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. The structures of compounds were identified by MS and NMR spectroscopy. Results Fifteen compounds with low polarity were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Radix Scutellaria repens in Tibet and identified as oleanolic acid (1), oleanolic acid (2), stigmastan-4 (3), stigmasterol-4,22-dien-3-one (4), 2,6-dimethoxybenzoquinone (5), zymosterol (6), cinnamic acid 7) Spinach sterol (8) β-sitosterol (9) 2-tridecanone (10) 2- (4- hydroxyphen-yl) -ethyl 1-dodecyloctadecanoate ), Forsythin (13), Eucommia resin phenol (14), Syringaresinum (15). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 2 ~ 6 and 10 ~ 15 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
