新常态下我国消费成长呈现出新的特征——消费需求的个性化、多样化,消费行为的理性化,消费产品的服务化和消费方式的现代化等;同时,也面临系列的供给约束——公共品供给不足、中高端产品供给不足、服务性消费供给不足及消费环境不良等。由此,新常态下中国消费成长供给侧结构性改革思路,应以推动消费政策供给方式转变为关键,以扩大公共品供给、完善产品供给体系和优化消费环境等为重要内容,扭转供需错配,完善供给体系,推进消费成长。
