为了寻求防治小麦蚜虫的高效、低毒、低残留药剂,进行了氯氰·毒死蜱EC防治小麦蚜虫试验,结果表明,220 g/L氯氰·毒死蜱EC对小麦蚜虫有较好的防治效果,其药效随用药量增加而上升,其中药后3 d、7 d 220 g/L氯氰·毒死蜱EC 50 mL/667m2的校正防效分别为92.4%、90.8%,与40%毒死蜱EC 100 mL/667m2效果相仿,并极显著优于10%氯氰菊酯EC 50 mL/667m2的防效(P<1%),药后14 d 220 g/L氯氰·毒死蜱EC 50 mL/667m2的校正防效达88.9%,极显著优于40%毒死蜱EC 100 mL/667m2、10%氯氰菊酯EC 50 mL/667m2(P<1%)。220 g/L氯氰·毒死蜱EC50 mL/667m2速效性较高、持效期较长、安全性较好,因此可以在生产上加以推广与应用。
