新生儿先天性心房扑动属少见,国内尚未有报道,现发现一例并经电复律成功总结如下: 患婴系第二胎第一产,于母亲妊娠38周产前检查时发现胎心率快达200次,律整(经含有脉冲多普勒二维超声心动图证实)遂收入产科观察,并给予吸氧、肌苷、葡萄糖+Vit C静脉滴注处理,但胎心率仍快,波动范围在170～200次,于40周行剖腹产术,过程顺利,初生儿能自然啼哭Apgar评分9分。生后3分钟突发全身青紫,哭声弱,经人工呼吸供氧等处理好转,但心率由于出生前后仍同样快,且唇周阵发性发绀,遂当即(1986年3月13日)转儿科。母亲妊娠3个月曾患“感冒”。体检:T36℃,P200次/分,R82次/分,体重4,000g,身长50cm,头围37cm,面色苍白,唇周
