以高校图书馆非正式馆员为研究对象,探讨心理契约破坏与组织认同的关系以及程序公平对二者的调节作用。研究表明,当非正式馆员心理契约被破坏时,对所属图书馆的组织认同会下降;程序公平有助于降低心理契约破坏对组织认同的不利影响。最后阐述本研究对高校图书馆非正式馆员管理实践的启示。
Taking the university library informal librarians as the research object, this paper discusses the relationship between the psychological contract destruction and organizational identity and the procedural fairness. The research shows that when the informal librarian psychological contract is destroyed, the identity of the affiliated library will be reduced. The fairness of the procedure helps to reduce the negative impact of the psychological contract destruction on the organization identity. Finally, it expounds the enlightenment of this study to the management practice of informal librarians in university libraries.
