构造了软件项目投资多阶段双目标决策规划模型。该模型包括两个阶段:第一阶段,运用模糊判别分析方法构造一个改良后的决策模型,基于专家的已有知识和经验得出备选项目的可能性评价水平,并据此对备选项目进行排序,进而根据排序结果选出得分较高的项目;第二阶段,运用双目标离散优化模型,针对第一阶段选出的项目进行资金投资决策,并进行最优投资额的分配。用实例验证了上述模型的效率,并说明了该模型与传统项目选择方法相比的优势。
Constructed a multi-stage bi-objective decision-making programming model for software project investment. The model consists of two stages: In the first stage, an improved decision model is constructed using the method of fuzzy discriminant analysis. Based on the expert’s existing knowledge and experience, the potential evaluation level of alternative projects is obtained. Based on this, The second stage, the use of two-objective discrete optimization model for the first phase of the project selected funds investment decisions, and the optimal allocation of investment. The efficiency of the above model is verified by an example, and the advantage of this model over the traditional project selection method is demonstrated.
