随着社会的发展,我国的经济市场开始快速扩展,同时大量的市场经济也开始迅猛提升。人力资源会计也随之出现,起作用就是将人力资源变化的信息提供给相关的企业和有关机构。随着人类社会的发展,已经进入全民经济时代,国家与国家之间开始相互合作,之间存在大量的利益关系,以实现共赢。进入21世纪以后,人力资源越来越重要,在市场经济体系中的作用日益凸显。近几年我国的会计环境变化较快,企业管理者和有关机构只注重成本和经济利益,很少能够关注到人力资源这一重要的影响因素。因此人力资源会计需要快速的发展,紧随我国市场经济的发展脚步。
