采用具有高剩磁性的永磁铁氧体材料作为磁选机的主磁极,在磁极之间安装具有高矫顽力特性的辅助磁极,通过实际测量和计算机有限元模拟分析,结果表明,新型磁系表面的平均磁场完全可以达到200mT以上。因此,使用高性能永磁铁氧体材料,可以达到减少钕铁硼合金使用量的目的,从而降低了磁选设备的制造成本。
The permanent magnetic ferrite material with high remanence was used as the main magnetic pole of the magnetic separator and the auxiliary magnetic pole with high coercive force was installed between the magnetic poles.
