IBAG Switzerland recently developed a new high-frequency motor Ying, the use of magnetic bearings, rated power 52kW, speed 40000r / min. Suspended in a magnetic field generated by the electromagnet with a rotor of a magnetic bearing, the bearing is frictionless, non-lubricated and slightly warm. The magnet of this spindle has a circular circuit with magnets, power amplifiers, microprocessors and sensors. When the sensor detects that the shaft deviates from the electromagnet, the microcomputer increases the current in the electromagnet and adjusts the rotor to the center position. There are two pairs of magnets on the shaft (X-axis and Y-axis) that generate magnetism
