线缆行业目前常用的机械放线张力调节机构有二种:一种是抱荷摩擦式,如图(1)所示;另一种是端面摩擦式,如图2所示。但这二种调节张力的方法其缺点均为调节张力变化过大,有润滑与无润滑相差较大,放线不平稳,张力不均匀,可靠性差,调节也不够方便,加上没有大概的数字概念,工人心中没有数。虽然螺纹调节位置每次一样,但其张力实际可能相差很大,所以小线薄层挤出及光纤的二次被复很难达到理想的放线张力。
