油汽吸收分离回收技术的研究开发首要工作在于筛选合适的吸收剂。考察了几种具有代表性的吸收剂。初选的8种吸收剂的吸收率都大于95%,吸收过程中的热效应不太明显而可以忽略。从自身损耗率、安全性(导电性、危险等级)、流动性能等方面综合考虑,自制吸收剂ABS-2及进口吸收剂ABS-1为较理想吸收剂,值得推广应用。吸收剂的解吸应以真空解吸为主,辅以适当的加热解吸。影响吸收剂解吸效果的参数(条件)有解吸真空度、解吸温度、解吸时间等。解吸真空度越大越好并不宜低于93.3kPa。适宜的解吸温度为(64±2)℃,解吸时间不宜低于60min。这样,该吸收剂可长期循环使用。
Oil vapor absorption separation and recovery technology research and development of the first job is to screen the appropriate absorbent. Several representative absorbents were investigated. The first eight absorbers have an absorptivity greater than 95% and the thermal effect during absorption is less pronounced and negligible. Considering its own loss rate, safety (conductivity, hazard level) and flowability, self-made absorbent ABS-2 and imported absorbent ABS-1 are ideal absorbers, which are worth popularizing and applying. Desorption of absorbent should be based on vacuum desorption, supplemented by appropriate heat desorption. Parameters that affect the desorption of absorbent (conditions) desorption vacuum, desorption temperature, desorption time. Desorption vacuum greater the better and should not be less than 93.3kPa. Suitable desorption temperature (64 ± 2) ℃, desorption time should not be less than 60min. In this way, the absorbent can be recycled over a long period of time.
