Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of prospective nursing in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of total hip arthroplasty. Methods: Totally 90 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty in our hospital were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures. The observation group was given DVT Foreseeable Nursing Intervention. Results: The rate of venous blood flow of the lower extremities in the observation group was significantly faster than that of the control group at 2 weeks after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of DVT in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Total hip arthroplasty in patients with predictive nursing intervention can be effective in preventing lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, shorten the length of stay, worthy of clinical application.
