在慢性和急性缺氧条件下,Hilltop(HT)大鼠肺血管阻力(PVR)升高程度显著比Wistar(WT)大鼠高。吲哚美辛可减少WT大鼠PGI_2产生,提高PVR;对HT大鼠则减少TXA_2产生,降低PVR。乙胺嗪和U-60257B通过抑制5-脂加氧酶使白三烯(LTs)产生减少,在缓解两种大鼠的缺氧性PVR增高中起重要作用。
Hilltop (HT) rats had significantly higher pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) than Wistar (WT) rats under chronic and acute hypoxia conditions. Indomethacin can reduce PGI 2 production and PVR in WT rats, reduce TXA 2 production and decrease PVR in HT rats. Both diethylcarbamazine and U-60257B play an important role in alleviating the hypoxic PVR increase in both rats by inhibiting the production of leukotrienes (LTs) by inhibiting 5-lipoxygenase.
