社会考试从20世纪90年代开始在我国起步发展,由于源源不断的成才需求,这种发展势头随着时间的推移将会更加迅猛。社会考试各部门尤其是管理部门,首先要从以下几方面加强社会考试的成才服务:树立科学的人才及成才观,构建“以人为本”的服务观,建立服务型的管理体制,开拓新的社会考试项目,建立社会考试成才服务的反馈机制。
The social examination started its development in our country from the 1990s onwards.
