目的对参加饮料中甜蜜素(环己基氨基磺酸钠)含量测定能力验证的实验室检测能力进行评价和分析。方法制备分割水平,对考核样品通过实施能力验证计划,对来自25个省(市)、自治区的60家实验室的测定结果进行稳健统计分析,通过稳健Z比分数评价实验室检测能力。结果通过分析,考核样品中的甜蜜素在P<0.05显著水平时是均匀的,且在3个月内稳定,满足能力验证计划要求。在60个参加实验室中,满意结果数为48家,满意率为80.0%;可疑结果数为6家,可疑率为10.0%;不满意结果数为6家,不满意率为10.0%。结论多数参加实验室检测能力评价为满意,表明饮料中甜蜜素检测水平总体较好。对于离群结果进行技术分析,可以帮助实验室查找原因并进行整改。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate and analyze the laboratory testing ability of competing in the determination of sodium cyclamate content in beverages. Methods The level of segmentation was prepared. The proficiency testing program was adopted for the assessment of samples. The results of 60 laboratories from 25 provinces (municipalities) and autonomous regions were analyzed statistically. The robust Z - score was used to evaluate the laboratory testing ability. Results By analysis, cyclamate in the assessment samples was homogeneous at a significant level of P <0.05 and was stable within 3 months to meet the proficiency testing program requirements. In 60 participating laboratories, the number of satisfied results was 48, the satisfaction rate was 80.0%; the number of suspicious results was 6, the suspicious rate was 10.0%; the number of unsatisfied results was 6, the unsatisfactory rate was 10.0%. Conclusions Most of the participants in laboratory testing were evaluated as satisfactory, indicating that the overall level of cyclamate in the beverage is generally good. Technical analysis of the outlier results can help the lab to find out the cause and make corrections.
