目的观察中西医结合1次性根治肛周脓肿的疗效。方法400例肛周脓肿均采用1次性根治手术,并随机分为治疗组280例,对照组120例,治疗组术后加用中成药痔炎灵浓缩液口服,痔炎冲洗灵熏洗坐浴,拔毒膏、生肌玉红膏填塞换药治疗;对照组术后每日常规用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗,坐浴,双氧水清洗伤口,外用凡士林纱条换药。结果治疗组在术后伤口渗出、术后肛周不适及疼痛、术后伤口愈合进度、愈后伤口瘢痕和后遗症、并发症等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。提示中成药痔炎灵浓缩液、痔炎冲洗灵、拔毒膏、生肌玉红膏内服外用,结合手术根治肛周脓肿疗效显著、无不良反应。
Objective To observe the curative effect of one-time radical perianal abscess treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods One hundred cases of perianal abscess were treated by one-time radical operation and were randomly divided into treatment group (280 cases) and control group (120 cases). Patients in the treatment group were treated with Chinese patent medicine, Bath, detoxification cream, myogenic jade paste filled dressing change treatment; control group routine routine use of potassium permanganate solution fumigation, bath, hydrogen peroxide cleaning wounds, topical Vaseline gauze dressing. Results The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05) in postoperative wound exudation, perianal discomfort and pain, postoperative wound healing progress, wound scar and sequelae and complications after treatment. Prompt proprietary Chinese medicine hemorrhoids concentrate, hemorrhoids rinse spirit, remove poison ointment, myogenic jade red ointment for external use, combined with surgical radical perianal abscess significant effect, no adverse reactions.
