本文研究了铸件 铸型体系中异类材料分界面上“复合节点领域”的凝固计算。用“复合节点领域综合比热容”的概念推出复合节点领域的通用差分计算格式 ,用于复杂铸件 铸型体系的凝固过程数值模拟。本文包括 :①综合比热容的通用计算式 ;②复合节点领域中四种常见边界条件的传热计算方法 ;③复合节点领域的通用差分格式 ;④通用差分格式的稳定条件。
In this paper, the solidification calculation of “composite nodes” at the interface of dissimilar materials in casting mold system is studied. With the concept of “integrated specific heat capacity of composite nodes”, a general differential calculation formula in the field of composite nodes is put forward for the numerical simulation of solidification process in the mold system of complex castings. This paper includes: (1) general calculation of specific heat capacity; (4) calculation of heat transfer of four common boundary conditions in the field of composite nodes; (3) generalized difference schemes in the field of composite nodes; (4) stability of generalized difference schemes.
