近年来,不少学者相续从人尿中分离出致病性钩端螺旋体(简称钩体)。为了探讨人作为钩体病传染源的意义,我站曾对6例经病原学证实的钩体病患者进行了长期观察,其中1例排菌长达1091天,现简报如下。 患者男,12岁,学生,1979年9月26日以畏寒发烧、头痛、乏力3天入院。病前20天内常有下田接触疫水史。入院时体温39.5℃,脉博140次/分,呼吸32次/分,BP90/60mmHg。重病容,眼结合膜充血,腓肠肌压痛,右腹股沟淋巴结蚕豆大数
In recent years, many scholars continue to separate pathogenic Leptospira from human urine (referred to as the hook body). In order to explore the significance of human being as a source of leptospirosis, we have conducted 6 long-term observations on 6 pathologically confirmed leptospirosis patients, of which 1 case lasts up to 1091 days.
