目的:建立中药注射剂中的亚硫酸钠和枸橼酸测定方法。方法:样品稀释后经Onguard II RP小柱净化后进样。选用IonPac AS11-HC阴离子分析柱,12 mmol/L~60 mmol/L KOH淋洗液,电导检测器。结果:亚硫酸钠和枸橼酸在0μg~200μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9999,检测限分别为0.014 mg/ml和0.013 mg/ml,回收率为90%~105%,RSD均小于5%。结论:本方法操作简便、准确、灵敏,适用于大批样品的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of sodium sulfite and citrate in traditional Chinese medicine injection. Method: Samples were diluted and then injected on Onguard II RP cartridges. Use IonPac AS11-HC anion analytical column, 12 mmol / L ~ 60 mmol / L KOH eluent, conductance detector. Results: The correlation coefficients were 0.9998 and 0.9999 for sodium sulfite and citric acid in the range of 0μg ~ 200μg with the detection limits of 0.014 mg / ml and 0.013 mg / ml respectively. The recovery rates were 90% ~ 105% Less than 5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and suitable for the detection of a large number of samples.
