对国外的34所iSchools成员院校的LIS教育人才培养现状进行网络调查,主要从学科设置、入学条件、培养目标、培养方式、培养内容、培养方式、培养要求及质量评估与认证等方面进行阐述,通过比较分析发现iSchools院校LIS人才培养模式在各个方面的特点以及共性,最后得到对我国LIS教育人才培养的启示,以期为其未来发展提供某些参考。
This paper conducts an online survey on the status quo of LIS education personnel in 34 iSchools affiliated institutions abroad, mainly from the disciplinary setting, admissions conditions, training objectives, training methods, training content, training methods, training requirements and quality assessment and certification Through comparative analysis, we found the characteristics and commonalities of LIS personnel training mode in iSchools, and finally get enlightenment on LIS education personnel training in our country, with a view to providing some reference for its future development.
