目的:探讨中药仙鹤复方水提物体外抗肺癌效应和对小鼠毒理学研究。方法:采用体外细胞实验和动物实验方法,将中药仙鹤复方水提物作用于体外肺癌细胞和小鼠体内。测定不同浓度药物对肺癌细胞增殖的影响作用以及对小鼠的毒性作用。结果:仙鹤复方提取物对肺癌细胞的生长程浓度依赖性抑制,随药物浓度增加,抑制肺癌细胞增殖作用增强,在提取物浓度为8 mg/m L时,对肺癌细胞A549和NCI-H1299的抑制率分别为96.65%和93.27%,两株肺癌细胞均出现细胞核浓缩变亮、数量显著减少等凋亡特征变化。中药仙鹤复方水提物急性毒性实验未显示毒性作用。结论:仙鹤复方体内毒性相对较低,且能有效抑制肺癌细胞的生长。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-lung cancer effect of Crane Crane Compound Extract in vitro and its toxicological study in mice. Methods: In vitro cell experiments and animal experiments, the Chinese herbal medicine Crane Compound water extract in vitro lung cancer cells and mice. Determination of different concentrations of drugs on the proliferation of lung cancer cells and the role of toxicity. Results: The extracts of Crane and Crane extract inhibited the growth of lung cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner. Both of the two lung cancer cells showed the characteristics of luminescence, such as concentration of nucleolus became bright and the number of apoptotic cells decreased significantly. Acute toxicity test of Chinese herbal medicine Crane Compound water extract did not show toxic effect. Conclusion: Crane compound toxicity in vivo is relatively low, and can effectively inhibit the growth of lung cancer cells.
