Preface It is of great practical significance to formulate a rapid test method for the trial production and application of railways to shorten the time limit for the introduction of new technologies and to improve the efficiency of vehicles. Direct use of simulation methods to calculate the conditions, without the need to use any complicated technical measures, we can speed up the test of some projects. Among them, there are some rapid thermal test methods developed by the Institute of Transportation Research of the All-Russia Railway for the cooling and heating systems of passenger cars. This paper describes the rapid test method of air-conditioning equipment under the heat load with the help of setting conditions that are consistent with the application conditions. This method does not need to go through a variety of climatic regions
