多年来我站对饮用水中汞的测定均采用冷原子吸收(测汞仪)法,尽管此法是国家标准所要求的方法之一,但由于测汞仪的某些局限,而导致稳定性不佳.而且操作繁琐,影响检验速度.近几年来每年我们要完成全分析水样400余份,更感到费时费力.我们采用VA—90气态原子化装置与原子吸收分光光度计联用,不仅能准确测定出饮用水中μg/L级汞的含量,并且手续简便、快速,明显优于测汞仪法.由于此装置采用全封闭设计,避免了汞对实验室的污染,有利于保护分析人员的健康.同时扩大了原子吸收分光光度计的分析
