基础教育课程改革实施以来,课程改革者一直主张教师 应该成为学生学习的促进者、教育教学的研究者、课程的建 设者和开发者、整个社区教育、科学、文化事业建设的共建者 等等(以下简称“五者”)。并要求教师具体怎样做才能适应基 础教育课程改革等等。教师到底是什么?教师在短时间内能 不能成为“五者”以适应基础教育课程改革?笔者妄揣浅陋, 谈谈自己的看法。
Since the implementation of basic education curriculum reform, curriculum reformers have been advocating that teachers should become facilitators of student learning, researchers of education and teaching, course builders and developers, co-developers of community education, science and cultural undertakings, etc. (Hereinafter referred to as “five”). Teachers in a short period of time can not become “five” to adapt to the basic education curriculum reform? I humble shallow, talk about their own views.
