本文用三波长分光光度新计算法测定违感宁胶囊中扑热息痛含量.即在原三波长分光光度吸光度差法的基础上改进计算方法,从三个组合波长所测得的吸光度值A_1、2_A和A_3,求得纯的待测组分的吸光度值,这样即使受干扰组分吸光的影响,仍可计算出常规单波长分光光度法所测得的待测组分的吸光度值,从而使三波长分光光度A_2~3法既保持了原三波长△A_2~3法的优点,又有原单波长分光光度法的灵敏度.此法简便、易行,快速,重现性好,对仪器要求不高,准确度与精密度均较好,一旦方法建立,即可在一般紫外分光光度计上测定;其回收率为98.97±1.714%,变异系数为1.732%,线性相关系数为0.9989,适用于测定速感宁胶囊中扑热息痛的含量,可以作为一种含量测定方法.
