12周以前,我校的忙乱现象比较严重。校长一个星期就参加了15个会。教师不但没有休息时间,而且备课、阅卷都很匆忙。工作抓不住重点,效果差,教学质量不高。学校党支部及时与群众一道细致分析、研究,认为工作忙乱不是工作负担上的问题,如我校高年级班主任每周不过十六、七节课,低年级也不过二十二、三节课,主要原因归纳起来有如下几点:1.会议多;5周到12周高、中、低年级的语文,算术教研活动就有40次,5周至7周中开了5次临时教师会,6次党团员组织生活会,3次辅导员会,2次普通话推广站会议,
