目的 :探讨卷柏属植物微形态学特征及其在植物分类学和药材鉴定学上的意义 ,方法 :应用扫描电子显微镜对卷柏属 8种植物的微形态学特征进行了观察。结果 :本文所述的 8种卷柏的微形态特征为首次报道 ,包括营养叶、孢子叶穗的微细特征。结论 :叶表面、叶缘微细特征 ,气孔带的有无和宽窄、气孔的亚显微结构以及大小孢子囊排列方式 ,可以作为卷柏属种间鉴别依据
Objective : To investigate the micromorphological characteristics of Selaginella and its significance in plant taxonomy and medicinal material identification. Methods: The micromorphological characteristics of Selaginella species were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results: The micromorphological characteristics of the eight Selaginella species described in this article were reported for the first time, including the microscopic features of vegetative leaves and spores. Conclusion: The microscopic features of leaf surface, leaf margins, the presence and width of stomatal bands, the submicroscopic structure of stomata, and the arrangement of large and small sporangia can be used as the identification basis for Selaginella species.
