人力资本在现代企业运作中的作用越来越被人重视,在知识经济时代其贡献率远远大于物质资本。而且近年来人力资本在企业间的流动也越来越频繁,有必要对人力资本的流动性进行分析。根据成本效益和风险收益的经济理论,企业中不同类型的人力资本其流动性大小不同。
