以中国地质大学(武汉)图书馆图书期刊阅览服务为例,研究建立阅览服务质量满意度测评指标体系及评价模型,提出定量计算各层指标相对权重的计算方法。
Taking the browsing service of library periodicals in China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) as an example, this paper studies the establishment of evaluation index system and evaluation model of satisfaction degree of reading service quality and puts forward the calculation method of quantitatively calculating the relative weight of each level index.
