In two ticks,it has been nearly a century since the establishment of the SOLAS convention.During this period,the world maritime industry has experienced dramatic changes.It is unthinkable,if there is no SOLAS convention,what would the world shipping industry be like today.rnPlenty of international maritime conventions have been developed,but the position of the SOLAS convention among them is still very prominent.
