对常熟地区１０６４０ 例孕妇用ＥＬＩＳＡ 法进行弓形虫感染血清学检查，检出弓形虫抗体阳性８５０ 例，感染率为７－５７％ ；并对９４０ 例孕妇进行妊娠结局随访观察，其中８７０ 例弓形虫抗体阴性，妊娠结局均良好；７０ 例阳性孕妇中，有１４ 例出现异常妊娠结局，本文亦认为孕妇弓形虫感染与妊娠结局异常有关。采用螺旋霉素治疗效果满意。
Toxoplasma infection was detected in 10640 pregnant women in Changshu area by ELISA. Seroprevalence of Toxoplasma gondii was detected in 850 cases (infection rate was 7-57%). 940 pregnant women were followed up for pregnancy outcome. Toxoplasma gondii Antibody negative, pregnancy outcomes were good; 70 cases of positive pregnant women, 14 cases of abnormal pregnancy outcomes, this article also believes that pregnant women with Toxoplasma infection and abnormal pregnancy outcomes. Spiramycin treatment with satisfactory results.
