心理训练是促进体能恢复的重要措施。本文研究的目的在于找出传统心理训练方法的缺陷,运用心理学理论及我国古代道家养生方法予以改进,使之能够具有调节植物神经系统、放松肌肉等的功能,促进运动员的体能恢复,有效提高训练效果。传统的心理训练方法,采用注意感觉或语言暗示的方式,难以突破依靠幻想获得练习效果的局限。要使心理训练作用得以提升,必须改幻想为发现,去发现通过自我实现而得到的满足。新的心理训练方法能够使运动员对身体结构和机能在运动作用下的破坏与重建的过程予以观察,从而产生积极情绪,得到心理满足。
Psychological training is an important measure to promote physical recovery. The purpose of this study is to find out the shortcomings of the traditional psychological training methods, to improve the function of the autonomic nervous system and relax muscles by using the theory of psychology and the ancient Taoist regimen in our country, and to promote the physical recovery of athletes and to effectively improve Training effect. Traditional psychological training methods, using attention or language implied way, it is difficult to break through the fantasy to obtain the effect of practice limitations. In order to improve the role of psychological training, we must change our fantasies to discoveries and discover the fulfillment we get through self-fulfillment. The new psychological training method can make the athletes observe the process of the destruction and reconstruction of the body structure and function under the action of the sports, thus generating the positive emotions and obtaining the psychological satisfaction.
