本文报道了采用（１）溴加成法，（２）分光光度比色法测定三七叶甙含量的方法并对其进行比较．结果（１）法所测结果比（２）法高７．１％－１９．７％，其标准偏差分别为３．２６（％）和０．９０（％）．认为分光光度比色法测定三七叶甙含量较佳．
This paper reports the method of (1) bromine addition method and (2) spectrophotometric colorimetric method to determine the content of Panax notoginseng and compare them. Results (1) The results of the method were 7.1% -19.7% higher than those of the (2) method, with standard deviations of 3.26 (%) and 0.90 (%), respectively. It is considered that spectrophotometric colorimetric method is better for the determination of Panax notoginseng leaves.
