本文对变距簧的特点进行了分析,考虑到设计计算的继承性和实际可用性,提出以等距簧为基础的变距簧设计计算原则。根据变距簧的节距是变化的及在工作中产生并圈的特点,简化出两个基本计算模型,讨论和推导了计算中所应用的公式。文章对一个实际弹簧用所述计算方法进行了验证,最后结合例題讲述了设计时需要注意的具体问题及设计程序,并粗略地分析了变距簧的优点。 文章所述是一种简化计算方法。计算简单、方便、有继承性,可供内燃机及其它机械设
In this paper, the characteristics of variable pitch spring are analyzed. Considering the inheritance and practical availability of design calculation, the design principle of variable pitch spring based on isometric spring is proposed. According to the pitch change of variable pitch spring is changing and produced in the work and the characteristics of the circle, simplified two basic calculation models, discussed and derived the formula used in the calculation. The article verifies an actual spring by using the calculation method described above. Finally, with examples, the specific problems and design procedures that need to be taken into account in the design are described. The advantages of the variable pitch spring are roughly analyzed.
