本文运用立体学方法对增殖期子宫内膜、囊腺型、腺瘤型增生及高分化内膜腺癌各5例的超微结构进行形态计量研究,结果表明:在内膜细胞癌变过程中细胞器经历了代偿性增生和退行性改变两个发展阶段。在增生阶段由于雌激素的过度刺激,细胞器代偿性增生,代谢活动增强,随细胞分化程度的降低,细胞器逐渐失去对雌激素的生理反应,出现退行性改变及代谢途径的改变。立体学形态计量法能够更精确、客观地反应内膜细胞的变化特征。
In this paper, the ultrastructure of 5 cases of proliferative endometrium, cystoid gland type, adenomatous hyperplasia and well-differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma were studied by stereological methods. The results showed that in organelles Has experienced compensatory hyperplasia and degenerative changes in two stages of development. Due to the excessive stimulation of estrogen in the hyperplasia stage, the organelles compensated hyperplasia and metabolic activity increased. With the decrease of cell differentiation, the organelles gradually lost the physiological response to estrogen, and the degenerative changes and metabolic pathways changed. Stereology morphometric method can more accurately and objectively reflect the changing characteristics of endometrial cells.
